Sometimes I eat like a kid. I love PB & J. Ohh and you can’t forget the milk. Normally I make PB & J a bit like you would make a grilled cheese… If you never have tried it, DO IT! Tonight I got home checked out what we had and I made something I had never made before….
Peanut Butter Jelly Biscuit.
So I suddenly became one of THOSE people that had to take a picture of what I was eating. It was that good.
Recipe
- 2 knifes full of pb
- 1 big squeeze of Strawberry Jelly
- 1 fresh baked biscuit
Cut the biscuit in 1/2, spread the peanut butter & squeeze jelly on the bottom half. Put the top half on press lightly to get just the right oozing. Enjoy!
Got me thinking…. PB&J are the perfect relationship and there is something we can learn from this union.
Go back to the basics: When you don’t know what else to do, rely on the basics.
Try new things: Sure you can always rely on what you know, explore the possibilities and try new variations. Never know what you can discover.
Savor the results: Even if it is basic, sometimes the results are surprising. Savor it and ENJOY!
Anyone have any god PB& J recipes for me to try? I am thinking things like, Cheesecake, french toast, muffins, shakes, etc… ??? Please send them to me.
