Giving Blood… Kinda

So today Matt and I got up and went to the gym. We did a hour workout and did a hour yoga class. Yoga is no fun. NO FUN! I do feel better though so I guess I will continue to go. On Sunday Shaun, Cristina and I went to Guatape which is a huge rock. It wasn’t a clear day but it was perfect for me because it didn’t rain while we were there. I have made it 2 weeks on my workout schedule. They say it takes 28 days to make it a habit. I have had a few days where I did a half-ass workout and didn’t put everything I could into it but I still participated.
